At Bathu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and ensure all tags are attached before securely sealing the package with the provided return label.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
